Pastry Chef Stéphane Tréand MOF and the Chicago School of Mold Making have done it again. Given the warm welcome Showpeels received, they teamed up once more to create a series of new silicone aids for making stunning pastry displays. The new textured mats are called Showstoppers and at just slightly larger than a sheet tray, fit nicely on the back of one.
