Teams from around the world have competed in this premiere event founded by Amoretti for years. Teams are involved in competitions of desserts and showpieces, and are judged on their artistry, degustation, concept and technical merit. The Chicago School of Mold Making was fortunate to witness the chefs present amazing and delectible desserts. We were also very proud to provide food safe silicone molds to some of the chefs and assist in making their vision come to life.
