The Chicago School of Mold Making works closely with chefs to help envision and create their culinary masterpieces. Subsequently, we are invited to attend numerous world-class events where we get to photograph the action up close! Pastry Postcards were inspired by the joys of receiving a postcard from someone in far off lands, who thought highly enough of you to send you highlights of their adventure.
Pastry Postcards (now including savory postcards too) are utilized by instructors, students and world class competitors for education and inspiration. The collection of postcards is an engaging way to catch up on global culinary trends and expand your creative horizons.
